Very upscale lounge has an IMMEDIATE opening for a cook/chef. Individual must have a 2-4 yrs. Experience as a lead cook. Experience in center/dish creativity, décor and catering. We have a menu set to American, International(including. Italian, French,) dish.
We are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm to his work with high energy and dedication.

Our place has been operating for little over one year and has already build a great amount of clients that know our place for its excellent kitchen, drinks, atmosphere, and the outstanding décor with a 200 inside capacity and 40 in the outside garden. We can easily build this level higher with our high sources of marketing and our database.

With little more to say, we want to take it higher, and higher, step by step, and we are looking for the perfect chef, employee, and future business partner.

We are looking for an Individual that will highly take pride in his work, and will be able to carry the dish to our customer with satisfaction and presentation.

We want to share the profits with you! Yes, we will share a big profit from the kitchen with you, on top of your reg. pay. We understand and appreciate the hard work.
We make our money on drinks, live bands, events, etc. but what brings people the most for more and more, is the excellence of a kitchen.

Just to name some of our famous from our menu: App:Shrimp Scampi Ferrari, Grilled Calamari, Ancient Troy Kebab, Entrée: Northern Pike, Fetuccini Alfredo, Chicken Penne Pasta. Also we will be adding some latin dishes.

Responsibilities include:
Cook & prepare
Create specials, new dishes
Inventory with little waste.
Keep kitchen spotless.
Order taking and inventory stock, with cost eficiancy.
Cost per dish, and profit analysis
Be able to work alone at all times with no supervision.
Sanitation certified with City of Chicago & State of IL..or willing to take asap.

Monday-Closed, Tue-Sat. 4:PM - 12:AM, Sun: 12:00 PM -12:00 AM
